Many victims are alive when EMS arrives but later die from uncontrolled bleeding. Prompt pre-hospital care — especially whole blood transfusion — can significantly increase survival rates.

At LSL, our urgent mission is to eliminate the dangerous time gap between crash and care by modernizing 9-1-1 crash response. We are a non-profit 501(c)(4) public benefit corporation dedicated to reducing preventable traffic deaths by ensuring every second counts from the moment of impact.
